• Outstanding Icon Program

  Pros

  This is an easy-to-use program. It includes many many libraries of icons. I've used this program on 4 different computers over the last several years (Win98--WinXP--Win7--Win7). Never any glitches. It works with all email programs whether resident on the user's computer or webmail. In fact, I just set up my latest SmileyCons on my new computer for use with Google Mail. For a nominal fee CloudEight offers 2 icon programs: SmileyCons for icons and FolderMagic for folder icons. Both are highly recommended. ** Be sure to download all the fun icon packs they provide. Additionally, SmileyCons makes it easy to add your own favorite icons and group them as you wish. Great little program!

  Cons

  No problems for me even though I lost my keycode. I have a lifetime Gold subscription to SmileyCons. Because of that I was still able to login to the "Gold Membership" section since I had my email addy and my password (you keep track of yours, right?. From there I used their button to request a lost key. In turn, they provided me with a link to download a paid (Gold) version of SmileyCons. Easy and it only took a few moments. If you don't remember your password simply request a new one. From there you should be able to download the GOLD program even without the keycode.

  Summary

  Does exactly what it's supposed to, never blows up or hiccups. Great value for the nominal price. Together with FolderMagic these two little programs are a joy to use.

  Pros

  Easy to use. Premium version where you can upload your own graphics is great..I use them often. Can be used with any email program as well as for posting in online Forums and websites.

  Cons

  None-at least for me.

  Summary

  I have several other Cloudeight products. Cloudeight responds quickly to any questions or problems. I'd recommend any/all of their products. I've never had any problems they didn't fix.

  They're just fantastic! I use them every time I email...I get lots of great comments. They want to know where to get them. They're so easy to use.

  Icons can be used on most emails

  Can not use the handwritten signature utility.

  Summary

  Overall is okay, Big disappointment is the unusable handwritten signature. no reply about this problem. Deleted Smiley Icon from PC.

  None. Can't be anything positive when you lose your money and don't get the product

  CloudEight said that they emailed the code to me -- and suggested that I check junk/spam mail. It wasn't there. Despite many emails, CloudEight made no attempt to re-send the email, send it to an alternate email address, or send the code via US Mail

  Summary

  Don't risk your money with this company. I have PayPal working on my claim, but it's likely a lost cause.

  There's something for everyone in the Smileycon program. Have owned it for years & wouldn't miss an update. If only all programs similar to this had the same integrity as the brains and creativity of the Smileycon creators.

  There's absolutely nothing to dislike about Smileycons. You don't know what you're missing if it's not on your task bar. A+

  when i had it on my old computer i loved it but now that i have a new computer....

  ...i can't get it to download any of the new stuff. i was a paid for the gold user and i thought i paid for the lifetime user too. but i can't get ya'll to respond with my key
