All Free IP phone based on internet connection. Supports only PC to PC. Set-up on your PC. Click Download link in above. Download "singleton. zip". Extract Zip file. Execute "Setup. exe". Installation process will be executed automatically. Allow this program to access internet with full permission on virus program and windows firewall during install / start. (important). Singlton Icon wil be registed on start program.
