They actually hold your phone system hostage - SCAM

They break your license on purpose, so the software goes into trial mode and you have to buy support for $150. Total scam.

Pros
A greatw ay to start your call center especially if you do not have facilities yet. It has an easy-to-understand user interface so you can have your call center up and running within a few minutes. It also has an IVR plus voice mail.
Cons
Customer service as bad especially if you are trying to get your money back. The application would not allow us to upload our recording (it became garbled upon upload) and the caller cannot hear our agents. Customer Service does not know what to do.
Summary
Not recommended as your primary call center management program but might do as a back up. Make sure that you are dead set on buying it because you won't be able to get your money back despite their 30-day money back guarantee. Customer Service might also refuse to answer messages sent via Skype
