SIMDir is a truly unique product, because it is a true 'File Management' program and not a 'Document Management' program. Its ability to provide solid, systemized folder structures means SIMDir can totally match and outperform your manual system. One of the core problems all organizations are confronted with, even those using the best available document management systems, is the inability to effectively control data that is created outside the Document management program. This is not the fault of managers, this simply because of the way Windows is designed. It provides a very abstract approach to managers and their user.
