Creating a new recipe can be achieved in minutes; the program comes pre-loaded with the current UK and American data, plus the ability to enter your own ingredients. Once the new recipe has been created the nutritional information is immediately available, displayed in text and a powerful graphical format. The program can be filtered to show as much or as little information as you require, the main 8 being the most commonly used filter. Particularly useful for development purposes is the ability to drill down on any information, to find the source. Salt and fat are the most commonly used drill downs, returning a graphical display showing which ingredients contain the most salt or fat.
