Pros
it does not seem to be spyware.
Cons
UI should be simpler make sense, use standard English, have a 12hr display option, and should not accept invalid characters for time input. It is a complex, confusing and ineffective approach to a simple task.
Summary
I had to experiment just to understand the UI. It uses the following sentence to prompt for input: When the system time is [ ] Now in [ ] minutes __ immediately The "by Date" option is even worse: When todays date is [ ] at time [ ] in [ ] minutes _ Immediately it accepts invalid input, like letters or punctuation in the time input field, without returning an error or prompt.. These are all major deficiencies in my view.
A feature full shutdown timer, just great to use.

Pros
- Looks extremely nice - Can shutdown, restart, logoff, lock, hibernate + standy - Can do all above under different circumstances I really like the CPU Temperature idea, it's a very nice idea.
Cons
I can't really think of any at this moment.
Summary
A Feature Full Shutdown Timer which has the possibilites to do a lot more than Shutdown your system under a certain amount of time. If you haven't tried this FREE software yet then do so right away, I highly recommend it!
