You can choose from standard or colored drop shadows that are freely available in the base set of ten downloads, or you can download from the developer's online library.

Cons

Limited: The tool only offers ten shadows to start. There are few other options to choose from, and you can't upgrade the features currently.

ShadowFX is a fun upgrade to your Windows 8 windows. It's not a feature-deep visual upgrade to your operating system, but it does offer a nice way to make your windows stand out.
