  It is cool to change the windows sounds if you are like me and hate the default windows sounds.

  Cons

  Unhandled expectations constantly. The themes available are 95% terrible and just plain annoying. Full of bugs and extremely unreliable at best.

  Summary

  The bottom line is this is a great idea but it just doesn't work right most of the time. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled 5 times and still the same bugs remain. Not worth the money when you could do it yourself for free with a bit of effort.

  Pros

  It quickly replaces all your Windows sounds with a package of new ones just like it says it will. Doesn't need to remain memory resident, thankfully.

  Cons

  They want you to pay for it and then pay for more sound packages when you could, with only a bit of effort, do it all manually for free if you wanted to.

  Summary

  I wouldn't recommend this product unless you are a complete computer novice and really really hate your Windows sounds and want to take a stab in the dark that you might find a sound package with this that makes you happy.

  Pros

  This effectively 'trial' software is not really 'free', but it does let you see that it works pretty well.

  Cons

  It is actually a trial?not really free, as listed on Download.com, because you only get 3 sound sets that are not particularly appealing. Then you get notices to subscribe and cannot get additional sound sets from them unless you pay the money.

  Summary

  Don't waste your time. Search the web for free sound sets that won't get in your way.
