• Super Easy Setup and Super Fast

  Pros

First of all, I love that they provide a free version! Software installation and setup was a breeze. Setting up email accounts was also easy and very fast. I really like the spam and safe controls and that I no longer have to check my "Spam Folder" a few times a day. The signature editor is very nice, especially since I use several pc's and mobile phones at home and work. The instructions for setting everything up before I even got started was really nice to have and walked me through setting up all of my dns stuff.

  Cons

Although you can setup one signature and it is attached to all of your email, no matter what pc or device you are using, I wish they would allow you to upload your company logos for attachment (you have to host it yourself somewhere on the net). Speaking of which, signatures are not attached to email sent from mobile devices unless they are in html format. Not too much of a user interface, but I guess that's because most of your stuff is handled through an online account.

  Summary

I have had this program for just about a week now and so far so good. I have to say that I was very impressed with the initial setup. They take you step by step, verify your server is running with the correct name server records, and I was immediately sending out email rather quickly. I must really emphasize how well the spam filter and safe lists work. I tried sending myself a few emails from my other free account with "junk" in it and it just would not go through (the server rejects it so I don't even have to check a spam folder). But then I added my other free account to the safe list, sent the same junk mail, and got it without a problem (which I have always had with my free accounts). As I stated, I've had this software for about a week and it has worked perfectly. I don't really need more than 3 email addresses for my personal domain name so I like the free version, of course, because it's free! But if I ever do need more I'll pop for the upgrade.
