Send a byte based data in serial communication port.
SerialTest is an application that sends data down a serial port. Primarily used for testing serial RS-232 hardware. You can simply send byte based data down a serial communication port. It gives you a number of basic options that you can set to configure your serial port and also allows you to specify data to be sent. You have 3 options for sending data: a hex byte sequence (use a space to separate the data), a single 8-bit binary pattern (just select each bit), and a random stream of values.
