Schedule automatic e-mail follow up and send recurring e-mails in MS Outlook.

SendLater is free E-mail scheduler software allowing you to handle your Email correspondence in a timely manner. Your computer will never forget to send an important business or personal message. Prepare all your Email notifications and reminders, greetings in advance and schedule their delivery. Each time you reply or create a new E-mail message, you will be able to choose a particular time for your PC to send your message.

Just click the "SendLater" icon on the toolbar and select the sending time using time-and-date selector. Click "Send later" and your message will be scheduled for that time and saved in the "Send Later" folder. And at any time, you can open the "Send Later" folder and edit, remove or send your messages manually. Re-send Email in case it was not responded and send repetitive Emails until the response is received. Use SendLater Pro Edition to set up repetitive Emails at comprehensive time intervals. Attach documents to the scheduled delayed E-mail with DocTrack feature. When sending recurrent emails, you can set path to CSV file and load recipients from that CSV file automatically. Send recurrent "Daily" and "Weekly" emails on custom times. As long as your computer is online, your E-mail will be sent automatically even Outlook is not running.

SendLater Pro Edition features: Repeat your Email until a response is received; Re-send Email in case it was not responded; Send delayed or repetitive Emails even if your Outlook is not running; Attach documents to the scheduled delayed Email; Link a file or folder to a delayed Email message to send the most recent file/folder version; Delayed email messages will be sent automatically; Use Send to send Email messages from mailto links; Send a delayed group message as a single Email to all recipients; A group message sent personally to a single recipient; Split large recipient lists into smaller groups. I have been using the free version, and it has been great so far. I am now planning to upgrade as I want the ease of the additional features.
Cons
It is not a con as such, just that the free version is limited in some respects, but that is to be expected, it does not detract from it's usefulness.

Personalized emails sent at a right time

Pros
Great tool to communicate with my colleagues in different time zone. It makes my life so easier. I know that my email will be in the top of all their inbox's and answer to my email will be received much earlier. P.S. I write all B-day greeting when I have free time, and have them sent on special days!

No Pro as outlook does send later anyway. 1.Start Microsoft Outlook application 2.Choose "New E-mail" under "Home" tabs 3.Click "More Options" under "Options" of the new email 4.Tick "Do not deliver before" and schedule your time 5.Click "close"
Cons
This does not work with imap emails which they took about 30 minutes of remotely accessing my computer to establish. Then they changed the setting on my outlook and refused to put them back, saying they don't change any setting.

Really bad program, that does something outlook does anyway and a support service that will mess your computer up and not resolve it. AVOID!!!!!

Pros
I'm using this program to run my email marketing campaign. I set up a few recurring emails which i want to send in the next 2-3 weeks and i just schedule the emails. I do this in a couple of hours and then i don't have to worry about for quite a long time til i set up the next emails! Awesome tool!! Absolutely love it!!!

Pros
I've purchased the pro version after i tried the free one for a few days! I find it very useful to set up scheduled emails. I travel a lot and i also want to keep a close connection with my clients so I use this add-on a lot. Plus, the DocTrack feature for me is probably the reason that i bought the pro version! I haven't found that anywhere else and it's so useful, at least for me and my colleagues.

I had to buy the pro version to use the DocTrack feature. Still, i can't really complain...

Pros
Very useful to have and it's working very well. Has some nice features and they're all working as they should, which for most programs of this type is quite rare. There are always some bugs or issues, but in this case i have 100% positive feedback. You can get it without hesitation, it's worth more than what you pay for it.
