Very flexible document management system

Pros
-Easy install -Nice user friendly webinterface -Runs on Windows, Mac and Linux -Support on Community Edition -Store scans, pdf's, jpg's, office files and e-mails in one system -Powerful search capabilities -Very extensive configuration options
Cons
-Only runs on Oracle -Limited storage capacity in Community Edition (due to Oracle XE) -Very flexible and extensive configuration options makes it difficult to take off (but the HandsOn guide on http://community.semantica.com helps!)
Summary
I can't imagine anything you cannot accomplish with this DMS. Although I might run into some limitations in the future. For now it gave my productivity a big boost. Just see for yourself ;-)
