Great to deal with lack of insight from Microsoft

Pros
Allows you to run programs with administrator privileges while using limited accounts with out giving out admin passwords. Easy to use interface. Low learning curve.
Cons
Couldn't allow shortcut under "All Users" account to run (not a big deal, I just copied the short cut a user name and it worked fine)
