• Great Product but Non English technicians for support

  Pros

  Really a RAD tool, was able to develop a reporting site within two months, it could have taken me more months with other tools

  Cons

  Online support is really bad, the technicians can not hold a propoer conversation in English and therefore you end up misunderstanding each other

  Summary

  Great tool, If i were the CEO of Netmake i would hire English speaking people to provide support to the English speakers, otherwise this nice tool will go to waste very soon.

• Awesome Product

  Pros

  Saves me lots of time. Easy to make any type of maintenance. Runs in the browser. Allows several developers using it at the same time. HTML 5 charts. Mobile compatible. Nice video section.

  Cons

  A little hard to use and understand.

  Summary

  With scriptcase I was able to gather toguether all my developers and make then create my projects using the same languague, the same patern. I recomend Scriptcase.

• Horrible Support

  Pros

  potential to be great, but you're on your own unless you have lots of time and read and write portuguese fluently.

  Cons

  support is basically non-existent. I bought the single developer version, did one project successfully, and was excited and impressed. I upgraded to developer version with 2 seats and extended support costs and got busy with more projects. ran into lots of problems and spent months trying to get them resolved through support. Finally gave up and wrote projects in Visual Studio.

  Summary

  If you define "Rapid Application Development" as being able to COMPLETE a project in an efficient amount of time, then I don't recommend Scriptcase. If everything goes well, you might be ok, but if you run into problems like we did, well, you might as well just start over with another development environment like Visual Studio and get it done right the first time, because Scriptcase has no real support for USA English customers.
