Managing all your documents can be one of the most frustrating and challenging aspects of life. Finding important documentation, when you really need it can make your life a misery if you can't find it fast enough. Scan-N-Tag will help you manage your personal document nightmare. Whay Scan-N-Tag ? It's Faster. In other software you need to select, every time, where you want to save your documents. Sometimes you are not sure and you would like to save it under multiple folders. With Scan-N-Tag you can simply scan a document and assign as many tags as you want. Scan-N-Tag will save the file to a central location. Other software makes use of OCR (Optical Character recognition) technology. This seems great at first, but can take several minutes to analyze a document and then you still have to make corrections. This defeats the purpose if all you want to do is keep a copy of your document in the event that you need to retrieve it in future. Most people don't follow through if tasks take too long. It's Cheaper. Scan-N-Tag will use your existing twain compliant scanner and software.
