SaveSel is an extension to save multiple selection area of webpage and cleans it up of unwanted links. The motivation is to save some information you found on the internet to your local computer. Features include save selection(s) of an internet page, support multiple selections, optionally download pictures, preserve or not links contained in the selection, clean up the selections of unwanted tags like script, form, object, embed, and applet, preview you selection, preserve a link to the original page, add date and time of accessing the page, and save the page in user defined folders.
