• Great simple calendar.

  When I logged on to Download.com this was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a simple calendar in order to organize my study plan for an upcoming test. Great and easy to use.

  If all you need is a simple calendar program with the ability to write in little notes, than this program has no cons.

  straightforward, easy to use, and without all the bells and whistles that make other calendaring programs I've tried bloated and downright silly

  The lack of an uninstall facility makes me very wary; it's sometimes necessary to go into the registry to get rid of the debris after donwloading, and then trying to get rid of, some software, and that's something which I understand is easy to get wrong, with major consequences.

  This is a good calendar for someone who just wants to be able to periodically view a calendar on their desktop with the option of being able to add a short note or two for specific days. The program does have one big problem and a few minor ones. The big problem is that it does not show the holidays. The minor problems are the calendar does not stay on the desktop when you are using other applications if you have it in minimize view. It automatically minimizes itself to your system tray. I was looking for a free colorful and simple calendar that would stay on the desktop at all times especially when it was in minimize view until I minimized it to the system tray. The calendar does not allow you to change its appearance....a choice of skins would be an attractive feature to add to this program, along with the holidays of course.

  I don't have a complicated life. I don't need alot of fancy features that will take forever to program. I wanted a calendar that was quick and simple. This is perfect. I use it all the time. I love that it opens quickly without an intro screen. I also like the fact that adding notes and appointments is quick and easy. No, it doesn't repeat events but if that's what you need, use a bigger program like Microsoft Works Calendar.

  I needed a simple reminder program to assist me prepare for the day. Nothing fancy but able to save info that is easily removed from the Calendar. It's free what more can you expect.
