Feature #1 is that it monitors and tries to detect anticipated hard drive failures before they happen by utilizing S.M.A.R.T. technology information, if the users system supports it (most do for a long time now). The app will note if failure prediction monitoring is supported. If it is and failure is predicted, assorted popups will warn the user so they can act quickly to make sure all their data is backed up. For some people this could be a life saver keeping them from losing priceless memories or valuable work files.

Feature #2 is remote desktop support. We integrated with the same software GeekSquad uses which is called LogMeIn Rescue. In our app their is a remote support button. If you click on that all you have to do to get our company helping you remotely is call us and get a code to type in. Then without having to mess with any firewall or other stuff, moments later we can have a chat window up with an option for you to enable remote viewing and control of your desktop so you can get help with whatever is needed.
