nag and crash

- The installer placed the executable file into the zip archive. I couldn't find it at first. Crashed without opening the .dbf file I tested it on.

- I had the same error as a previous review. I hit OK 29 times to get it to stop nagging, then it crashed.
Will not work on Win 98 unless has NET Framework 2.

- After installing, I tried to open a file, but got a repeated "Could not load file or assembly DevIL.NET2" It suggested reinstalling, which I did, with the same error. The error message appears multiple times, and it took 15 clicks on the "close" button to get rid of it. Of course, when I tried to open a file, I got the same error. This version needs serious work.
