Pros
Good, fast support for any problems. Good, intuitive interface.
Cons
Haven't had any problems with product. Have used it since 2004.
Summary
For quick and dirty copies of anything playing on your computer, this is an easy way to get a wav or mp3 file of it. You still need an editor to make modifications.
Great sound recording tool for any PC

Pros
Have used for a week to record on a schedule. It does everything it claims to do and without problems.
Cons
The scheduler allows you to type in a day\time, but does not allow you to select a recurring time schedule. For example, you can't set it to record every Sunday from 10:00am to 12:00pm. You must type in every Sunday seperately. Were it not for this, I would rate it 5 stars.
