Returnable Forms Processor for Windows

This program works by reading the internal structure of a Returnable Form and using that as a guide to create tables and to map fields. Thus, if there is no database, the program will make one. If the database needs tables, or the tables need fields, it will add them on the fly. Once all the fields are mapped, the program then adds the form's record.

The system is fast enough to use at will. In fact, users can actually drag and drop form files into its icon, and they will be processed. The Form Processor can also be left running on a machine on your network as a quasi-service.

The Form Processor is one of several components the Returnable Forms Data Management system. Other components include:

• The Returnable Forms Designer, which enables users to build Returnable Forms;
• The Returnable Forms Reader (freeware), which enables user to fill out and save Returnable Forms; and
• The Returnable Forms Workflow System, which transfers Returnable Forms data into Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Access databases. It also builds workflow scripts, a custom record administrator tool, and reports for each form.
