• money back guaranty is a false promise

  December 10, 2014

  Pros

Nothing. No malware, but that's all

  Cons

-Software tells it can recover files, the results are totally corrupt. -The offer a money back guaranty on their website, but if you want it, they refuse to pay your money back. They even don't answer to support tickets or with the paypal system.

  Summary

Please use a better and free software like Recuva

  VanasessHuangMay 20, 2014

  Pros

I have tried many other recover software which I wanted them to recover my accident deleted photos. But none of them can recover them perfectly except Renee Undeleter. This software is user friendly and easy to use. Even I do not know much about computer, I can use it to recover my photos. Besides, I really love their after-sales service. Their sales team can solve my problem quickly and in a very polite way.

  Cons

the trial version has few quota. But the full version can recover whatever size of your files.

  Summary

Although it requires payment to get more quotas, but it can save all the photos and files I valued and they are important to me. So I recommend it.
