In addition to renaming, files can also be moved into subfolders whose naming is based on metadata. Rename Expert lets you easily number files and folders, shorten long file names, and rename file extensions. Additionally, lists, CSV files, or even the file content can be used for renaming files and folders.

Fast & Efficient way to Rename & ReOrg Files & Folders

Pros
Great Product. Easy to Use. Managed to rename Files and reOrg into a new Folder Structure my entire Photo and Video Library (500gb). The support I received was awesone. I received an error message with a particular setup I had chosen. Within 24 hours, a quick bug fix was deplyed which gave me full functionality. The follow up email gave links to the update and also some handy tips based on what I was trying to Achieve.
Cons
Pricey - But as with any tool, if you need it and it does the job well, its worth it.
