  Pros

  This programs has many options of how to deal with files. You can move, delete, zip, copy ... etc. This tool is excellent for us to manage multiple network drives. For example, we have setup the tool to monitor one of our data drive that we are adding data to the drive constantly. Instead of having a person to moniort and delete old files. we use this tool to monitor the drive and delete the data which is older than a certain period of time. Another example, we usually transfer files to a delivery drive for our client to pick up the files. We use the tool to automatically copy and zip the files to the delivery folder. And setup the tool to automatically delete the files after 4 weeks. This is an excellent tool for us manage multiple network drives efficiently.

  Cons

  This program could be even better if the tools automatically provide a report a head of time about what files are going to be deleted. Then the user can click and choose which files or folders to ignore. This is very important in a corporate environment that we don't want to accidentally delete important files or folders.

  Pros

  If your previously big massive drive doesn't seem so big and massive anymore, this works great. I use it to move all my old drawing files from previous customers to storage CDs.

  I'm not sure what language the writer speaks, but it ain't English.
