This tiny application searches for registry errors on your computer, but its repair feature is disabled. Registry Repair 2006 has a simple and detailed interface with buttons that allow users to scan, back up, and change registry settings. The program quickly scans the entire registry system and triggers a customizable alert each time the program finds an error. Unfortunately, the trial doesn't allow any fixes. It does, however, display a detailed summary of the errors it finds. You also can create logs for the scan. Although the repair feature is disabled in the demo, you can schedule the program to run at start-up. A backup option reverses previous registry changes, but it, too, is disabled. All levels of users will find Registry Repair 2006 handy when looking for errors within the registry, but you'll need to look elsewhere for a fix.

Registry Repair scans 12 categories in the windows registry and detects registry errors. And has a customizable alert each time this program finds a registry error.
Cons
Unfortunately the free trial will not repair any registry errors until you purchase Registry Repair. You can get Glary Registry Repair free of charge and it will repair registry errors.

They sell a lot of junky apps, and they have two rogue anti-spyware apps out also. They also misrepresent their software as having a free trial period when there is no free trail. Users also report they bundle adware with their software.

its been on download.com forever and has so few downloads and a 1 star review. Misspelled words and broken English all over the program. <p> i dont know why others complain about it not being free. granted it isn't free software but you shouldn't be grading the program based on its cost especially since it doesnt have the word free in it. In this case the product is rather poor and probably shouldnt even be given away for free.
