• Unstable Beta Version

  I am very annoyed by this system of releasing an actual beta and then working with complaints on their forum to 'get it right'. It usually takes about 4 or 5 updates before the 'real' final working version is up & running and by that time we have installed and uninstalled and reported and virtually tested this guys products for him when we are the actual customers. Proper beta testing is not done to save money and that means testing is done by us customers. <p> <p>Reg Defend was released without fast user switching and I still don't know if that's been fixed but this should have been included in the program from the outset. When I bought it I expected it to work only to find the guy saying things like 'I'll fix it up in the next version'. I expect a fully functional program at the time of purchase not 3 months down the track. They could have tested the fast user switching first, fixed it then released it but they chose to rush it out to make money and we pay the penalty and are told to 'wait' and to 'be patient' when we pay them upfront. <p> <p>So I agree yes by all means wait but don't give them your money first until your sure it's a 'real' final and fixed version. Let THEM WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY. You shouldn't have to pay and then wait forever for bugs to be fixed.

  Easy to use. Can add your own registry entries to be watched. Powerfull protection. <p> <p>I used to use RegRun, but this blows it away! An absolutely essential security tool for anyone that is serious about protecting their computers registry.

  Cons

  None so far. But if their was a way to import different registry startup entries from a txt file or such, then it would get 5 stars!

  Pros

  Protects the registry very well <p>Doesn't slow down my computer <p>Doesn't alert on non important events <p>Stopped CoolWebsearch from infecting my registry, all I had to do was reboot to get rid of it!

  Custom rules are a bit complicated to add
