Very misleading. This is another web-based script that takes you to an online business.
Summary
Do not waste your time. When you do a search, it automatically brings up a website to go and pay $19.99 to search a person. Basically, It's just someperson's online website. And they think they've found another way to attract a customer. And personally, I would never pay that much for a search. there are other cheaper almost free options out there online.
