Considering we live in a digital age, it's appropriate for administrative assistants to toss aside those painfully pink While You Were Out paper pads for something more, well, digital. Receptionist Administrator Console is basically a glorified notepad to keep tabs on employee availability and to type messages. The program includes a message pad and a calendar. Built so even the most computer-challenged can use it, this application is about as bare-bones as one can get. An advanced version ups the function set a notch, networking messages and calendar functions and adding more features. Overall, this program is one step short of a completely functional application, but in the quest to save paper it's doing a fine job.
