• Easy to Use, Better than a To-do List

  Pros

  I was looking for something better than a to-do list... something to get the thoughts out of your head with a simple way to process them and scheduling for the future, too. This did all of this and more. Great for clearing your head and brainstorming!

  Cons

  The look of the software is a bit dated, but if you are looking for functionality and not flash, this is it.

• Extremely useful, very intuitive interface

  Pros

  After reading the other review, I downloaded this program from the publisher's site and had no problem installing it. The program is based upon the "Getting Thing Done" system. It is extremely well done. The interface is attractive and very intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use. The program has allowed me to organize my projects and tasks in a very orderly, helpful way. Tasks can be viewed in a tree form, listing both single actions that require attention, as well as projects containing multiple actions. Tasks are color-coded according to project category, and one can define and view tasks according to their "context" -- where they should be performed (home, office, etc). It is very easy to move back and forth between the different components, and to redefine projects as actions and visa-versa. In the short time I am using it, I have found that it has helped me organize my time better, and get things done more efficiently. The most amazing part is that it is for free.

  Nothing really. It could use a few small tweaks and improvements, but I assume they will be included in future versions

  Sounds like a nice program?!?

  Will not run, once downloaded. My XP-Office keeps telling me to find which program to run this program with, or, go online and let it find the program needed to run it?
