Turn your PC into a time server.
Run Real-Time Server and have Real-Time clients connect to it through the internet, or across a LAN, updating their system clocks according to the clock on your server. This is most effective if you have a network including some computers with older Windows operating systems, as you can then have all of the computers on your network update their clocks by the clock on the chosen server computer.
