There's no question this is a money-saving option for DIY business types. ReadytoPrint Organizer prints weekly, monthly, or yearly calendars and daily to-do lists. It also saves addresses and other contact information for printing envelopes, labels, business cards, and even CD covers. Though it helps organize appointments, there's no reminder system to alert you of upcoming events. In the past we complained that this program's interface was a bit too hard to use, but this time around, we didn't have any problems. The main window has well-labeled icons for most major functions, which also can be accessed via menu items. Overall, this is a useful organizer for busy businesspeople.

Just what I was looking for!

Pros
Imported my old address files perfectly! 30 Day Trial - does not rush you.
Cons
Calender Holiday Icons are all the same.
Summary
I was looking for a newer version of an address book that would print out a phone book as well as labels and envelopes, without having to purchase a bloated PIM/Appointment Suite. The RTPO Program included calender but keeps the overall program on the small side. I recommend you give it a try!
Excellent printing is so neat changeing of styles

Cons
Need to add art work or pitures for calenders and ect
Summary
Everything is right at your eye, and finger tips making it a great product for use
