  Can read aloud in lots of languages without encoding problems. Can read long texts. It's free.

  Can minimize the program only to the system tray.

• The software is light and is "doing it's job" in a perfect way

  Pros

  It reads english document or mail for you. There is no need for copy and paste and it is not disturbed by pictures or graphics, it just skips it. You can start reading at any place in the document. Just perfect.
