  When I first got this program in 2003, it was pretty good, and better than all the others I tried. However, in 6 years, there have been no upgrades, including no link to any PDA files, which they said they were working on.

  1. Extremely limited usefulness, because there is no Pocket PC version. <p>2. Recurring alarms can be set for a specific date (15th of the month) but not for a specific day (4th Wednesday; last Thursday).

  Nice interface, convenient, easy to use.

  Cons

  Didn't keep this program because it doesn't allow for setting up alarms for selected days of the week--i.e., Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I would have to set up three different alarms, each weekly, on each of these days. Too much trouble, and other programs offer that option.

  I like the color coding, the ease of sorting, the ability to categorize by person responsible and by project individually. Excellent program.

  Extremely simple to use, yet very feature rich. I've found nothing else out there that comes close to the functionality this one tool has. Customer support is fantastic too. I can't believe somebody complained about uninstall problems. If they where looking for a tool like this, they had no need to uninstall cause this is the one to have.

  Easy to learn; low price; good functions. It would be far more useful by synchronizing with PDAs. (One glitch: though the alarm feature is handy, when a task alarm goes off it takes the computer's focus -- so if you're typing, you'll edit or cancel or snooze the alarm before you can stop yourself.)

  Does not come with an uninstall, sets itself upstart with windows, does not remove the startup when you uninstall the program, must go in and delete the files it has left and clean up the registry.

  I downloaded the trial, and IMMEDIATELY recognised the potential of the program to increase my business' productivity(and bought the Pro version)! This has made my daily tasks so much faster to accomplish ... at the click of my mouse I can be exactly where I need to be at a given moment each day
