QuarkXPress is a layout and prepress program that lets you combine writing, editing, and typography with color and pictures to produce dynamic final output. It offers a variety of features for layout and design, typography, Web page creation, color management, and output. Comprehensive printing controls allow you to output almost any type of document. You can create Web documents that contain rollovers, hyperlinks, and forms. You can also extract content to Extensible Markup Language (XML) format. XML content can then be used with HTML templates to create dynamic Web pages.

Full of Software Glitches--a Problem Program!

I'm trying to think of some, but it's not an easy program to learn or to use.
Cons
I have used Quark Xpress for several years and through several versions; 7.31 is the worst software product I've ever owned--and I've owned lots of software. I've wasted lots of time redoing pages in Quark when the graphics mysteriously disappeared! Checking for answers, I found I was not the only user with this problem; yet, over five years, Quark never developed a patch to correct it. The also don't support this version with Windows 7, so you'll either have to go back to XP or buy the newest version upgrade for a few hundred dollars! I'm now in the process of transitioning to InDesign.

I love this product, and I need to reinstall it, but my CD is scratched. I was happy to see my licensed version here, but your download link is broken, so I'm out of luck. <p> <p>I notice that all your scrolling and flashing ads seem to work fine, just not the downloads. Priorities, huh?
