QIT Sigma Calculator for Windows

This program calculates Six Sigma measurements for both single-step processes and multi-step processes. Multi-step process: this program calculates TDPU, DPMO, Throughput Yield (Yield tp), Rolled Throughput Yield (Yield rt), Long-term Sigma, Short-term Sigma, and Cpk. Single-step process: this program calculates DPU, DPMO, Yield, and Short-term Sigma Cpk. Advanced features include: uploading dataset from Microsoft Excel, exporting the results to Microsoft Excel or Word for further manipulation, and saving the dataset in the program for future reference.

The Sigma levels computed in this program is based on a statistic formula rather than an approximated conversion table. Therefore, the results from this program are more accurate. It's ideal for precision calculations for advanced users who seek continuous improvements on their Six Sigma projects.
