  easy installation many modules, facilities and services good admin control very convenient from clinics and small centers prices is affordable free trail for 21 days stable and didn't crash easily

  Cons

  can't customize the invoice layout, the invoice printed in 2 pages can't know who the employees that giving the appointment and made the invoice very slow in retrieving data when you have more than 10000 patients can't be customized the customer support are not efficient

  Summary

  overall its a good program with its price, it need much more improvement and they need to listen to customers and improve their software accordingly, i think they will make an excellent software if they listen.

  Summary

  This is not free. It's a 21-day trial and the cost for the standard is $200. If you don't plan on buying it, don't bother downloading. Also doesn't come with auto uninstaller (pain in the neck).

  ClinicGate Basic 2006 is a 100% FREE of Charge software to manage only Patient files and Appointment Scheduling, it is understandable to acquire the billing, expenses and other features if needed after paying upgrade prices. It is Excellent to offer FREE software.

  This version does NOT do what it says it does. It does not allow any expense tracking and billing etc. Only AFTER you install it do you find out that you have to updgrage - i.e. BUY the 'Advanced' version to do what it says here you should be able to do.

  Pros

  I have a lot of experience with clinic software and I can really vouch for this one. Its very easy to use, has superb functionality and has great reporting capability. Data entry and retrieval is very smooth and I don't have to repeat whatever data I entered; everything is just that well integrated. It doesn't have any bugs or errors like you normally see in supposedly advanced medical software. Plus it is really easy to learn; I ended up mastering it in a couple of hours rather than take an expensive 2 month training course. Two thumbs up !!!
