I liked it a lot. Had de running in about 10mins

Pros
Simple to install and run. By following on-lin support vids I was able to start collecting data from two of my own machines in a matter of hours. Really like the ability to schedule reports to be sent by email at the end of a shift.
Cons
At 80mbs the download file is pretty big - but I suppose it does include SQL Server:)
