Poorly Designed, Worse Customer Service, OVER-priced

Pros
Its easy to spend money on it.
Cons
This is a horrible product. It is difficult to integrate with other programs (such as Outlook or back-up software). Grossly overpriced!!!!!! NO SUPPORT, Antagonistic "Take it or Leave it!" from the "customer service line". AVOID THIS company and find something, anything else!!!

None. This is a waste of money
Cons
Back-up is awkward and problematic. Unable to back-up to Sugar-sync and other on-line services. Clunky, limited and grossly overpriced. They want a ridiculous $150 set up fee and $30/month for online scheduling. Nobody answers the phone or return a call. HORRIBLE & AVOID this product.
