  Seriously? Stay away!

  I bought the product. NO SUPPORT! Ignores emails, support forum is even down now! Users tried to help each other in the forums, since the programmers ignored us, but now even that is down! Been down for days! IGNORE the FAKE positive reviews... they absolutely HAVE TO BE FAKE!

  Waste of time and money. You will NOT get support... period!

  It had a lot of promise when I first installed it. It seemed to have a lot of useful features like monitoring which members were logged in, attempts, profiles, etc.,

  no documentation no tel support email support takes day or two to get reply product seems unfinished

  Summary

  I bought the full premium product, which ostensibly has more in it. Spent several months trying to get it into production. Support was so slow and when it did come, it felt like I was disturbing them, I mostly spent a lot of time trying to get it working. The protected directory model - I could not get it to work. I was pulling my hair out. I sent maybe 3 or 4 quick supprt emails over 3 months. Still hadn't gotten it to work, and I got an email saying "your 3 month support has expired" and that I "needed to purchase more support hours" and then they "might get to my question next week some time". If you don't believe me, I'll send you the email they sent to me. That was the last straw. I can't ask my client to rely on a component of the solution that has essentially no support and no documentation. Oh... and there is no manual!!! not even a PDF. Just some very obvious videos that don't help with the stuff you will need to know when you have an issue. I've never slammed a product in public, but this one cost me so much time and wasted effort, I am bracing myself for that come-to-jesus conversation with my client whom I expect to lose. Dumped the software. I'll come up with an alternative if I don't lose the client.

  The File was hard to get installed, and when it was uploading I was constantly getting a Trojan Horse warning. <p>Dont download!!!
