  Ok. As you know Pilot Group make updates sometimes. I bought update for my website. And it didn't work correctly! Some pages didn't open. I wrote many letters to support... After a month I asked for a refund. But I met with a refusal. So, my website didn't work and I lost money! My conclusion: PG Real Estate is scam!

  - Based on dating software - NO REFUNDS - NO OPEN SOURCE (even if they said it) - Rude people

  Summary

  Purchased the "open source" license for $800 and it requires that stupid ionCube loader. This means that it isn't open source, there are parts encrypted even in the OS license. They calls you to confirm the order in a couple of minutes, after that you're in hell, very rude people. Refused at any cost to refund my order. Now I'm talking with my lawyer to solve this. Don't buy anything from Pilot Group, they are scammers, not honest people and the software is just crap. I purchased REstate 2, with is way better than this buggy script. I highly regret any relation with PilotGroup and will never again fall into their hands. Unfortunate experience, hope this helps you make a better decision for your scripts needs and don't waste your money with this company.

  If you dont want to make any changes, its probably fine, other then being insecure.

  Price Has a lot of poorly thought out features

  Hope you never have to modify the source. Pilot Group's design is poor with most things thrown in collection of functions that seem, in some cases, random. Files are included by files that don't use them (regularly) , input is sanitized with only addslashes() and the comments in the source are nearly nonexistant.

  The price is extortionate. The support is like the gestapo! It was morphed out of dating software! When did the sexual preferences of a client become important to a realtor?

  Summary

  Once you discover the whole thing was bastardized from dating software you realize the mistake of buying it. We spent over $3,000 trying to get it rewritten enough to work and gave up as it was going to cost another 3k! It's structure and coding is a total mess and an absolute nightmare! We got a mail today saying the new version for 2010 was out and so figure maybe give it another go and try to recoup on the losses in time and money... Guess what they want $230 for the upgrade! My advice - avoid this software like the plague and avoid the money grabbing no good outfit behind the crappy code...
