Yealink IP phones are now completely compatible with Broadsoft platform. The combination provides carriers and end users a very cost-effective solution.

Supports the Call Center Solution Features for Broadsoft serversSuch as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature. The ACD feature allows the Broadsoft server to distribute calls from a queue to the registered IP phone users (agents). Users can login to a phone queue by pressing an ACD softkey or programmable key on Yealink IP phone. Once logged in to the queue, you can make it "available" or "unavailable" to take calls by pressing the Available/Unavailable key on the phone UI. ACD feature is one of functions which specially designed for Call Center Solution.Supports IPv6With the development of internet technology, IPv4 will be unable to meet the needs of people gradually. Thus the next generation of IP, the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) that has been in development for many years will eventually replace IPv4.
