With the help of PPTools Merge user can create awards certificates, awards presentations, complete with photos, customized sales presentations for a list of prospects, instructional and sales presentations in several different languages, catalogs, directories, and spec sheets.

Great for exporting names from Excel to PowerPoint.

Pros
Troubleshooting provided with Trial Version was very helpful. Setup was easy after I read the troubleshooting section. I wanted to merge names from my Excel registration rosters to training certificates made with PowerPoint. PPTools worked great! This is so time-saving and easy. I purchased.
Cons
For my limited intended use I think this software is too expensive. I am glad I purchased it, though.
Summary
To avoid installation of unwanted software on your computer I suggest you download from the pptools.com site and NOT from cnet. (It doesn't matter if you opt out, you will still find unwanted software installed on your computer by the cnet downloader.)
