Every day people waste their time trying to figure out how to show a ruler or number pages in MS Word, how to freeze panes in Excel or choose the background in PowerPoint. Altopus LLC provides a solution - an add-in virtual assistant for MS Office that can find commands for you, run them or show where the buttons are situated. The assistant will understand you if you write commands in your own words and will make working in MS Office easier and more effective for both beginners and experienced users. When the application is installed, the Assistant Tab appears in Microsoft Office programs. The Dialogue button opens a window, where you can type in your queries and see what commands the assistant finds for you. You can run them or make the assistant point them to you on the ribbon with a finger. At the moment the application supports the English and Russian languages and functions in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office versions 2007, 2010 and 2013.
