Shut down your PC with a click of a mouse.

PowerOff is a simple Windows shutdown utility. You can easily shut down any machine running Windows XP by double-clicking the PowerOff icon on the desktop. PowerOff is actually a shortcut to shutdown. If you put the icon to Quick Launch, you can just shutdown your computer just by using one click. You can do this by dragging the icon named 'Shutdown My Computer' to the Quick Launch taskbar. After that, you're done and ready to shutdown your computer just by one click.

I use this program for about a week now, I set it to shutdown my kids computer at night cause they always for get to turn it off. I set it run a backup script on my main computer. VERY NICE !!!

I use it when I download before sleeps. Leaving your system on is not such a good thing, so I usually turn this program on to shut down the computer after download... It's hot... I love every single feature of it... and the programmer is nice enough to share the program C++ codes in the folder as well... Thank you for whoever program this...
