POS was aptly named. Useless for a small business.

It's free.
Cons
I tried to set up our business account and was unsuccessful. It kept asking for info that I didn't have, and wouldn't budge until the info was included. When I 'made up' information, it refused it. I uninstalled within an hour of downloading.
Summary
I can't imagine a business that would have all of the information that this software requires would be using a free download. And apparently, so far as I could discover, no small business that has to run free software will be able to use it.
