  Very easy to use Not bloated with unwanted buttons and brain-scratching weird features (but still very functional) Small memory foot print Ads free Easy obtainable (on click download at vvv.soft.tahionic.com)

  I would like to change its transparency with a keyboard shortcut

  Summary

  Thank you to publishers for making available this tool for free, however other free rulers are available on CNET allowing also inch / cm measures; and if one does not mind about inch / cm, Pixel Ace has more functions
