Use GUI interface for pitch scale modification.

The program with GUI interface which is used for pitch scale modification (changing the harmonics structure) of speech and audio signals. This program may be used for capturing of audio stream from Skype and its post-processing with Pitch Shifting filter for changing pitch of initial voice, i.e. as voice changer. The program can mask outgoing audio stream and the incoming audio stream from the network.
