• I really like this basic easy to use software

  Pros

  You can fairly easily add your own url internet radio links. It worked well for me on an older system still running Windows 2000. It includes an equalizer. Great option for older PC / laptops for your garage, balcony or basement Web radios.

  Cons

  I did not use any of the pre-installed links. Not really my style nor did they seem to work. Sometimes the program seems to lock up.

  Summary

  As long as you are using the Tiny Radio for your personal favorites it is really nice. Along with the ability to add your own stations it even has six preset buttons which can be set to your liking. All in all a very nice piece of software.

  Inability to program a regular daily program that's several hours long.

  Summary

  I need to schedule a regular daily recording of talk radio. This is targeted to a music aficionado. The descriptions do not make it clear its intended use or limitations.

  Pros

  No install required (unzip & use). Light on system resources. Can auto make favorites based on SHoutcast listings. Allows presets and shortcuts to them.

  Cons

  Doesn't allow for favorites to be edited or organized. (Big minus) No Mac version. (Please, devs, would you kindly make a Mac version?)

  Summary

  Finds all the shoutcast and other webstreams, plays them well, does it without bogging down the system. Simple, good all round. What's not to love?! Have quit using WinAmp because of this.

  It installed a folder, with a bunch of stuff in it but none which would load any program whatsoever. I tried twice with two different versions and it failed to load beyond installing a useless folder.

  Summary

  It failed to install and load properly on my Windows XP system.

  Pros

  I like this software because no install is required.It´s a .exe file (webradio.exe) It´s very easy to use for listening online radiostations and ripping the songs to MP3 or OGG. If You want to rip more than one station, you just run another webradio.exe. You can run as many as you want. <p>Ripping quality has no limitations :). <p>AutoSplitting songs works fine :) <p>Having the ability to choose which encoder to use. I use LAME. ( Download the latest version of LAME encoder) <p>One of the best plus in this program is that, You can choose wich music genre (presets) you are interested in, and it will search for them and list them for you. We all know finding radiostations can be a headache, but with Tinywebradio you dont have that trouble. What music genre you are interested, Tinywebradio will find it. <p>Another plus is the favorites function. you can add any radiostation to favorites and it can be accessed easly and fast. No more opening menues after menues :) <p> <p>And yes, you can display what you are listening to in MSN messenger :) <p> <p>Conclusion: <p>I have tried many kind of this kind of software but I shall admit it is one of the best. It does what it does. satisfying. I use it very regulary and am happy :) <p>Try it. :) <p>Thanks to author of this program for the hard work.

  Well. theres actually nothing I dont like about this software, but the functions can eventually get better: <p>- having the ability to turn off the spectrumeter. <p>- The ability to sorting the favorit list by alphabetical order etc. <p>- the favorit list menu can be longer.-editable?! <p>- The ability to have more Presetsbuttons and editing their names
