Small and simple, PicsToCD Digital Picture Album Creator/Burner turns out to be nothing particularly special. Creating photo albums is a pretty standard affair these days: Search your hard drive for images, browse the results, and select photos for your album. PicsToCD does this and offers a few helpful options in your browsing window, such as the ability to zoom, change display size, and rotate pictures. When your album is finished, the program helps you burn it to a CD. You choose the burning speed and whether to make a backup copy on your hard drive, and a CD is created without a hitch. That's all well and good, but there's better software out there, and almost any CD-burning software can help you make a disc. Beginners may find it useful, but there's no need for others to change their current tools.

Pros
Nope cant think of any
Cons
It may be free, but trust me, you would be better off paying for a good one. Money can be replaced... time cannot.
Summary
This was the by far the most horrible program ive ever used. I needed a simple program to take my pictures from my computer and burn them onto a cd to be printed off. I spend near 2 hours organizing my photos and finally once I was done I continued on to burn them as planned. Then the program informed me that every 5th picture would be replaced with a "picsToCD" ad... so I lost every fifth picture. On top of that, not all the pictures I selected were even burned onto the disc. It had nothing to do with disc capacity because I then used another program that was much faster and simpler... and they all fit!... not even worth the the time to download for free.....
Dangerous software!

Pros
Did a good job.Easy to use..
Cons
When the job was finished.I clicked "close".Nothing happened. My pc became unresponsive. It hung for an hour or so.When I eventually got rid of it from my screen.I uninstalled it and left all sorts of garbage on my pc.My pc was slow and acting strange and very slow.luckily I had made a system restore point just before I downloaded it(as I always do). Please do NOT download this software! It messes up big time!

Pros
The program was easy to use and fast.
Cons
I was able to write one album successfully, on the second one my system hung. It took almost two days to get this program out of my system - I was on the verge of reloading the operating system (Windows 2000). My system is still somewhat unstable.
