Worked as expected, no communication from support

Pros
I have an "old" sony hi-8 that will not work with my comp and LOTS of home movies to edit. By burning them to my dvd recorder and ripping those images to my editing software, I can save and edit my home movies. This program works as expected.
Cons
After the 5 min trial I was so releived that it worked, I went through paypall to buy it and now am considering a dispute b/c I haven't received my reg code in the time promised. I emailed support, no response.

Limitations: Some features disabled. Correct, like the feature "Ripping DVD's" You were only able to rip five minutes of dvd without buying the full version. Junk...
